Register your business. You will verify your email, set a password, enrol two-factor authentication, and submit business verification before the platform unlocks.

Your trading name. The registered legal name is captured later, with your verification documents.

The country your business is legally registered in.

Your jurisdiction is assessed during business verification.

This becomes your sign-in address. Free and disposable providers are not accepted.

With country code. Used only to contact you about your account.

A sentence or two. It gives the reviewer context and speeds up the decision.

What happens next

  2. 2 Choose a password and enrol two-factor authentication.
  3. 3 Submit your business verification documents.
  4. 4 We review and activate your account — typically 3–5 business days.

Until you are activated

You can sign in and file your verification straight away. Issuing cards, creating API keys, receiving deposits and requesting withdrawals stay closed until a reviewer approves your business — this is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

What to expect

We deliberately do not confirm whether an address already has an account. If yours does, you will receive a note telling you so instead.
